Q. Does Penguin Limousine Services provide for the safety of babies and children?
A. Yes. Penguin Limousine Services provide a baby seat and/or child booster upon request when booking your reservation.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Penguin Limousine Services will charge your credit card after your trip has been completed. Some vehicles such as stretch limousines may require a deposit in advance.
Q. Will I be charged waiting time if my flight is delayed?
A. No! Penguin Limousine Services will monitor your flight to ensure that your driver will be there when your flight arrives.
Q. How long will my driver wait for me after my flight arrives at the airport?
A. Penguin Limousine Services drivers will wait 30 minutes for Domestic Arrivals and 1 hour for International Arrivals. You are required to contact us by phone if extra waiting time is required.
Q. Where do I meet my driver for pick up?
A. Penguin Limousine Services drivers will be waiting for you at the Limousine stand on the Arrivals level for Domestic flights (Terminal 2 & 3). However, for International flights, our drivers will wait for you inside the Terminal holding a sign with your name.
"Meet & Greet" is one our complimentary services.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Penguin Limousine Services requires a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations, which must be done by phone.
Q. If I place a reservation for a period of 4 hours but realize after pick up that I require less time, will I be charged for the full 4 hours?
A. No! Penguin Limousine Services will only charge you for the time used, however, a minimum of 2 hours is required.
